“Very few hotels near the Berkeley campus that are reasonably priced. I found this one but for what they charge, you would think the room would be in better shape. The walls were dirty, chipped paint, shutters broken, duvet cover would not stay on, and ripped carpet. On a positive note, the attendant onsite was very helpful letting my guest check in ahead of my arrival. They are also walking distance to restaurants, bars and the campus. Would I stay here in the future? Yes, due to limited options.”

“Comparatively speaking, the price is a steal! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was pouring rain when we got there and my clothes got soaking wet. House keeping put them in one of their dryers for me and brought them to our room when they were dry. We had a really pleasant stay and will definitely be back!”
